Zone Music Return Policy
Products purchased from Zone may be returned for full refund within 7 days of purchase,
products may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 30 days. The item must be returned in "as sold"
condition, including all original packaging materials - including cables, manuals, power adapters, blank warranty cards, disks/CDs, etc.
(Some return restrictions apply*)
A 15% restocking fee will be charged if all original packaging is not 100%
Restocking fees will be charged on all cancelled Layaways and cancelled Special Orders.
Deposit required on all Special Orders
Layaways require a 50% deposit and must be picked up in 30 days.
*Return Restrictions: The following items / categories are not returnable:
Software, sheet music, music books, videos/DVDs, harmonicas, and mouthpieces, internal earphones, earplugs,
DJ cartridges and styli. Consignments are returnable for 7 days only.
"Special Order" items ordered from manufacturer for a specific customer are also not returnable.
