Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you’re not, here's how we handle returns:

 

RETURNS: Most items (see below for exceptions) purchased from Zone Music may be returned, within 7 days of shipment receipt, for a full refund, exchange or credit. You will not receive a refund or credit for the cost of shipping or handling to you, or for the return.

 

HERE'S WHAT CAN NOT BE RETURNED: Anything that gets opened and consumed, used, physically compromised or copied can not be returned. This would include items like strings, drum sticks, drum heads, reeds, harmonicas, harp mics, earplugs, sheet music, books, DVD's, videos, registered software, and CD's.

 

GETTING A FULL REFUND: We reserve the right to determine the value of the item you are returning. If the product is defective we will replace it or refund your money. We use common sense and the following guidelines:

 

Returned items must be in brand new condition, with undamaged original packaging, all accessories, and unmarked warranty paperwork and manual(s). Returned items that display wear, or signs of use, will not receive a full refund. The discounted amount refunded will be based on the amount of wear and tear. Returned items that have distressed, marked, stained or torn packaging, warranty cards or owners manuals will not receive a full refund The discounted amount refunded will be based on the replacement cost of the damaged materials, plus the costs of repackaging the item. Returned “USED” items must be returned in their notated condition — additional use or abuse will result in a discounted refund.

 

GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK: If you paid by check, we'll send you a check once the item has been received and checked out by us. If you paid by credit card, we will credit the refund amount to the same card that ypu made your purchase with.
