“What I Do”

1. I'M A FREELANCE WRITER. And I would have written a shorter resume but I didn't have time.
I write commercials, scripts, articles, interviews, speeches, industrial presentations, training videos, comedy, and other things with words.

2. I OWN A STUDIO. Every kid's dream is to have hundreds of dials and lights and switches to play with and no one to tell him not to touch.
Zone Recording is a 24 track audio production studio with Macintosh/MIDI sequencing, (which means I can create very detailed and realistic music on a computer), SMPTE, (which means I can synchronize it with video for the ultimate magic), and digital sampling, (which means I have thousands of sound effects and musical instruments on CD’s). I record TV and radio commercials, soundtracks, albums, product information tapes, "on hold" messages, even subliminal tapes with the hidden message of your choice.

3. I DO VOICEWORK AND I ACT. Like I know what I'm doing.
I do voice-overs, narration, and character voices for videos, commercials, slide shows and films. I also act in industrials, TV spots, and do live-hosting, MC-ing and am a morning radio personality.

4. I'M A MUSICIAN AND COMPOSER. Music - the food of love and the backbone of a good ad.
I write jingles, songs, and audio logos, score videos and films, and create custom music beds and sound effects. My right brain programs music on the Macintosh computer, synthesizers and drum machines, and my left brain plays a pretty funky electric bass.

5. I'M A MEDIA PRODUCER. Which is another way of saying, "all of the above."
Conception, design, writing, voicing, directing, scoring, recording. And proud to have six Sonoma County AD Club "SADIE" awards for audio production.

6. CLIENTS. These fine folks have enjoyed one or more of the above services, and are listed here in no particular order, certainly not in one of diminishing importance.
